Living in northeast Ohio means dealing with both snow and ice. NLC's snow services are in effect from the first snow or November 1st, whichever occurs first. From this point through until March 31st there is a monthly service charge. Snow plowing and Ice Melt are provided at NLC's discretion, unless instructed otherwise at the time of contract agreement. It is our goal to create a schedule of service that is specific to your needs.

Our services are available for both commercial and residential properties. Should you need the removal of snow from a site, while not included in the original contract, when requested this service can be priced out for any size job.
